Gently spiced Tomato and Apple Chutney – a must with Cumberland Sausage
A light, gently spiced tomato and apple chutney making a delightful accompaniment to serve with mild brie and crackers. My children enjoy this chutney as a dip with corn chips – a great compliment as they regard all chutney with extreme suspicion. Makes a great topping with cream cheese for perfectly toasted focaccia bread. Wonderful on bruschetta, in pasta and used in chicken recipes.
