Claire’s Handmade ‘Cumberland Marmalade’
For a bracing breakfast!
This thick cut marmalade uses bitter oranges and dark brown sugar to impart distinctive colour, texture and delicious flavours. It is superb spread thickly on hot buttered hand-cut wholemeal toast or warmed crumpets. It is also rather delicious stirred through breakfast porridge or on vanilla ice cream.
