How to order
Please visit our online shop. We can take payment via credit/debit card, Paypal, cheque and bank transfer.
If you’d like to order by email please get in touch via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
If you’d like to order by telephone please get in touch via our ‘Contact Us’ page. Please note we cannot take payment over the telephone. We can arrange with you to pay by cheque, bank transfer or we can send a ‘Paypal Money Request’ to you by email.
- Local Pickup – pay on collection
If you live locally then of course you can collect in person. On our checkout there is an option to ‘pay on collection’ so please choose this if you wish. We will email or call you to let you know when your order is ready.
UK Delivery Charges
UK Mainland. The delivery charge within the UK Mainland (England, Scotland and Wales) is as follows. This is for as many or as few items as you’d like.
- £4.95 standard delivery, 3 to 5 working days
- £7.95 express delivery, 1 to 2 working days
Free Delivery. Orders over £40 will be delivered free of charge and will automatically be sent on our express delivery service (1 to 2 working days).
Offshore. We can deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please get in touch via our ‘Contact Us’ page and we will find out the price for you before proceeding.
We can deliver overseas. Please get in touch via our ‘Contact Us’ page and we will find out the price for you before proceeding.

We try to keep all products in stock at all times but we do get caught out occasionally. Should this happen with your order, we will send you an email suggesting a similar replacement or we will let you know when we will be next making the product. We are unable to split orders and send part consignments.
Label Colour Changes
We do every now and then change the colours of our labels and this may be not shown on our website. If the colour of the label is important please get in touch via our ‘Contact Us’ page before ordering. We cannot accept returns on the basis of ‘wrong colour label’.
Whilst we never tire of receiving positive feedback, if something does go wrong and you are not 100% happy then please tell us. Get in touch via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
We do package our products carefully and robustly, but should there be a breakage or a shortage please let us know within two days of delivery. A photograph is really helpful if there’s a breakage as we can pass this on to our courier.
